As a pitcher, how many times have you been told to “throw harder” or “throw strikes” with little success? While these are well-intended cues, they will not help you to retain focus.

During our camp, we will teach you how to remain focused, you will be shown how to adjust to certain situations, learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable and the proper mechanics.
